                                                                              Working Hours:

Subject to urgency, availability and any previous arrangements made. The services will be provided in and out of the normal working hours. Travel reimbursement will apply depending on location and urgency requirements for any onsite requests.

We will attend the Customer’s queries at the premises agreed upon, by the customer, prior to or at the commencement of the appointment. We will endeavour to diagnose and or remedy the problem(s) described by the customer, at the commencement of the appointment. If the problems have not been remedied at the end of the first hour of attendance, we will discuss with the customer the options available.

 

                                                                                Cancellation:

 

Please notify of any appointment cancellations, by no later than 2 hours, prior to the appointment.

The “no fix, no fee” policy will apply (Travel reimbursement will apply if onsite visit is requested).

If we have offered solutions that the customer does not wish to use, the customer can be charged for the time spent on site up to this point (discretionary on case by case basis).

If we diagnose a fault with a customer’s Internet Service Provider or required software/hardware is not available, the customer can be charged for the time spent on site.

 

                                                                                   Payment:

Payment on all invoices is due once work is complete (C.O.D.) or within 30 days by prior arrangement.
Payment is to be made in cash or Electronic Fund Transfer. Banking details provided on the invoice supplied
